Book artist Lynne Avadenka’s homage to Mary Colter, an American architect who worked in the southwest in the early part of the 20th century, uses a nice adaptation of the accordion fold book. It’s called “The Uncommon Perspective of M.E.J. Colter.” Maybe I’m inclined to be partial to this book, as Colter retired to Santa Fe, and many of the homes and hotels here in town look much like Avadenka’s book.
